Hello! I love your style and your blog, and I was wondering if you could put together some outfits that would be appropriate for an interview. Thanks!

Thank you! You’re too sweet.  Personally, I think it is important to dress somewhat conservatively for interviews, because (whether we like it or not) first impressions do matter.

In short, dress according to the job position you are interviewing for!  If you are trying to get into a corporate world, an interview may not be the time or place to wear your neon blouse or kitty flats.  If you’re trying for a job as a media coordinator or designer, you may have more leway in clothing choice.

If the job you are interviewing for requires a uniform/suit-24/7/etc., just remember to let your amazing personality shine through.  Have fun with it, and good luck!

((Also, outfit posts coming right up. Haha.))

What do you think about Birkenstocks and would you wear/purchase them if price wasn’t a factor?
